Withdrawing from the contract
Would you like to return the purchased goods? No problem!
Unfortunately, purchased goods sometimes don’t look exactly as you expected or just don’t suit you once you have tried them on. Given that we want you to feel great when you are actively doing sport, we are happy to exchange the goods for something else or to refund your money.
You can return the purchased goods within 14 days without having to state any reasons for doing so.
We will refund everything that you have paid us. Down to the very last koruna!
You just have to pay the postage to return the goods to us.
How to proceed:
1.) Please package the goods carefully, so that they are not damaged en route. Ideally, place them in their original packaging.
2.) Send the goods to the following postal address:

3.) Inform us of the fact that you have withdrawn from the purchase contract by telephone on +420 737 741 574 or by email at info@teamsector.cz. Please tell us or send us the tracking number for the consignment that you have returned
4.) Include the invoice and information as to the fact that you have withdrawn from the purchase contract with the goods.
5.) Don’t forget to provide your account number so that we know where to refund your money.
6.) And that’s all there is to it! Once we receive the goods, we will refund your money as soon as possible (but within a maximum of 14 days)

Instructions on your right to withdraw from the contract
1. The right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to state any reasons for doing so.
the day when the contract was concluded and, if a purchase contract has been concluded, when you or any third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took delivery of the goods.
1.3 When exercising your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform TEAMSECTOR s.r.o., Company Registration Number: 09226524, Tax Identification Number: CZ09226524, registered office: Lovecká 257/23, Jablonec nad Nisou, 466 01, incorporated under Section C, File 45452 of the Commercial Register held at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, of your intention to do so in the form of a unilateral legal act. For example, this may be achieved by sending a letter with a postal services operator or by email. You can use the enclosed sample form (where you can also find the contact address for returning the goods and the email address) contained below, but you are not obliged to do so.
1.4 It is sufficient to send us notification of your withdrawal from the contract at any time prior to the expiry of the aforementioned deadline in order for the deadline for withdrawing from this contract to be adhered to.
2. The result of withdrawing from the contract
2.1 If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all the funds that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs that have arisen as a consequence of your choice of a delivery method that differs from the cheapest standard delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay, but within a maximum of 14 days from the day when we received the notification of your withdrawal from the contract. When refunding payments, we will use the same payment mechanism that you used to realise the initial transaction, unless you expressly state otherwise. This will never result in you incurring any further costs. We will refund the payment once we have received the returned goods or once you have substantiated the fact that you have sent us the goods depending on whichever of these occurs earlier.
2.2 You will bear any direct costs associated with the return of the goods. You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods, if you have handled the goods in a manner other than that which is necessary to ascertain the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality.
